Over the years we have developed a number of forms and documents that have helped manage practices and games for our youth football teams. One important one is a play call/substitution plan sheet. There are important tools for two of the most critical coaching functions during a game: calling offensive plays quickly and efficiently, and ensuring all of our kids receive playing time.
