Tackling Circuit: Uppercuts

Inspired by this Twitter thread by Coach DeMarco, we shared video of individual components of the daily tackling circuit practice by our players. We'll call this station "Uppercuts."

Coach holds half-round, players line up 10 yards away. On command, player sprints toward bag, buzzing his feet and coming to balance a yard or two before impact. Player sinks hips, then uppercuts half-round, wrapping and finishing for 5 yards after impact. Key coaching points are coming to balance (players can not simply run through bag), sinking hips, and finish.
